Judge Joseph Warioba

Jaji Mstaafu Joseph Warioba akiongea na wakazi wa Upanga Mashariki waliofika kutoa maoni yao ya Katiba Mpya. The retired Judge Joseph Warioba cum the Chairman of the Tanzania Constitutional Review Commission is addressing the residents of Upanga East who gathered at the Office of Local Government Officer for the purpose of airing their opinions on the formation of the New Tanzania Constitution.
